Wallet Recharge
1. Purchase Policy
1.1. Users can recharge their AstroLive wallet using Indian Rupees (INR) through various payment methods available in the app.
1.2. Once recharged, the amount will be credited to the user's wallet and can be used for services within AstroLive.
1.3. Wallet balances are non-refundable and cannot be transferred, withdrawn, or exchanged for cash or any other form of credit.
Refund Policy
1. Non-Refundable Items
1.1. All wallet recharges are final and non-refundable.
1.2. Once the wallet balance is used for any services, it cannot be reclaimed or refunded.
2. Technical Issues
2.1. In the event of a technical issue where the wallet balance is incorrectly deducted during a transaction, users may contact our customer support.2.2. To request a refund for lost funds due to a technical issue, users must contact our support team at help@astrolive.app with details of the incident.
2.3. Our team will investigate the issue, and if it is determined that the loss of funds was due to a technical fault on our end, we will refund the lost amount to the user's wallet.
